Often our residential projects turn into corporate and vice versa – this is one.
An international client was looking for local offices to represent their group of companies giving an elevated executive office base for them to meet with clients. We were involved with managing the renovation and build of the existing space, as well as the full fit-out of the interior of these offices. It is a slick, contemporary space – very much reflecting their international corporate culture.

Houghton, Johannesburg
We were initially involved on the build and fit out of this project whilst employed elsewhere.
We have been tasked with looking for solutions for their current and future expansion needs, within this ongoing project.
It remains an upmarket, professional space that, even though five years old, remains relevant and reflective of their values and business. Front of the house is all high-end finishes due to being client-centered, back of house is split between open-plan areas and private offices. These needs are being re-evaluated to create additional private office space in the future.
